The main concept of the Coway Experience Centre revolves around purity, natural elements, and futuristic design to unite and emphasize Coway's philosophy of living pure together. The color scheme, predominantly white, blue, and black, represents the purity of clean water and air. The use of curved lines throughout the center symbolizes fluidity and adds a touch of elegance to the overall design. The goal is to create a space that not only provides visibility but also engages visitors' other senses, offering a truly comprehensive digital experience.

Spanning over 2210 square feet, the Coway Experience Centre is divided into five distinct areas: Brand Heritage, Water Care, Air Care, Living Care, and Service Care. Each section combines physical and interactive digital features, allowing customers to engage with Coway's products and services firsthand.

One of the highlights of the Coway Experience Centre is the Water Care section, which features a water filtration station designed to resemble a tree. The use of white and wooden curved designs represents the concept of the "Tree of Life," emphasizing the importance of water as the source of all life. This unique approach not only showcases Coway's commitment to sustainability but also creates a visually stunning focal point within the center.

Technologically advanced touch screen projectors are strategically placed throughout the center, providing visitors with detailed information about Coway's products and company. The flexible installation methods enable easy updates and changes to the display contents, ensuring that the center remains dynamic and up-to-date. Lightweight materials are used to maximize space, allowing for more wall and floor space to display both physical and digital content.

Upon entering, visitors are greeted by a bright and airy ambiance, with curves, lines, and wooden designs creating a clean and sleek atmosphere. The reception and waiting area, featuring curved and wooden paneling designs, serve as a strong focal point, setting the tone for the rest of the center.

Located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the Coway Experience Centre project began in October 2020 and was completed in April 2021. The design team, led by IQI Concept and including Yie Yee Wong, Alice Dinh, and Wei Ling Yee, overcame the challenge of fitting five different zones into the given space, ensuring that each area offers a unique and engaging experience for visitors.

The Coway Experience Centre has received widespread recognition for its innovative design. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2022. This prestigious award acknowledges the center's outstanding creativity, resourcefulness, and contribution to improving the quality of life through art, science, design, and technology.
